Carswell Gould's creative director Ed Gould will speak in front of an audience of respected marine professionals from over 53 countries at Seawork International 2015 on 18 June.

Ed's talk at the commercial marine exhibition and conference will cover the benefits of inbound marketing and will advise how marine businesses in particular can apply the process to their own brand.

Ed said:

Voltier digital has reported that businesses gained 54% more customers through inbound marketing than outbound marketing. Inbound marketing is not just a trend or buzzword, it's a practical and useful methodology that is perfect for the marine industry.

By creating and sharing digital content, companies can create inbound marketing that leads to more sales from both new customers and current clients. Ed will cover how to find customers in their native environment and how to engage them with an approach that is both valuable to them and your business.

CG has worked within the marine industry for 30 years and has sound experience with leading companies, such as PSP, ABP Southampton and RIBEX. It's this invaluable experience and insight into the industry that Ed will share with the audience on the day.

Seawork International is the largest and fastest growing international commercial marine and workboat exhibition and conference held in a European working port environment. It attracts more than 7,000 visitors each year to the Port of Southampton, where buyers, sellers, innovators and legislators come together to showcase their companies. It runs from 16-18 June.

Visitors to Seawork will also be able to see exhibits from two of CG's clients, Southampton City College and PSP. Southampton City College will lead a talk on Wednesday 17 June, explaining how learning providers can work with employers and young people to ensure the training provided meets individual and business needs for both now and in the future.
