Marketing Account Manager

What we're looking for

A talented, data-driven marketer to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers. You will manage the relationships with the clients you service and ensure that they always receive a 5-star service from the agency. You will be our clients’ biggest fan internally and run campaigns to boost their adoption and use of - as well as their success with - our products and services. You will keep them up-to-date on the latest strategies, tactics and features.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaign marketing strategies focused on specific goals and overall success of our existing clients.

  • Measure the success of these campaigns and optimise your approach based on the resulting data.

  • Educate our client base about our services and their benefits through customer newsletters, customer-focused content, social media monitoring, and more.

  • Be your clients' biggest fan within the company and understand that their success and happiness mean our success and happiness.

  • Analyse and interpret what behaviours and patterns make clients successful and more likely to be retained by the agency. 

  • Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action. 

  • Find new approaches to lead nurturing, including but not limited to channels like email, social media, blogging, and events.

  • Create and implement new projects and creative ideas that help improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • BA degree or equivalent industry qualification.

  • Minimum three years experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field. 

  • Proficient in inbound marketing and have a working knowledge of Hubspot or an equivalent platform, its features to customise our marketing touchpoints to the customer - specifically, website CTAs and lists used to communicate via marketing automation.

  • Strong writer and content creator (including blog posts, ebooks, and other customer-facing resources).

  • A nose for good marketing communications, design and UI, and the ability to educate in ways that our clients will understand.

Salary:

£25,000 - £35,000 depending on experience
