Wildflower Turf wanted to boost awareness and sales of Meadowscape Pro™, a specialist wildflower growing medium designed to make meadows faster, simpler, and more reliable to establish. The ambition was clear: generate a significant uplift in sales between July and October 2025.

The challenge was to educate and convert a diverse audience – from landscape architects and built environment professionals to contractors and specifiers – while positioning Wildflower Turf as the go-to provider of flexible wildflower solutions.

Carswell Gould designed and delivered a targeted, multi-channel sales campaign focused on lead generation and quick wins, supported by a compelling creative narrative.

Key elements included:
• Creative direction and messaging – positioning Meadowscape Pro™ as “Meadow in a Bag” – fast, simple, science-backed, and contractor-approved.

• Hero video and social content – creating a suite of video assets including a flagship explainer and short-form reels for use across the campaign.

• Landing page and lead capture – developing a conversion-focused landing page integrated with HubSpot, featuring product information, consultation offers, and case studies.

• Direct outreach – a coordinated programme of emails, direct mail, and follow-up phone calls to both existing customers and 4,000 new data contacts.

• Digital and programmatic advertising – running retargeted programmatic display and audio ads over eight weeks, supported by organic social activity.

• Lead magnet – offering free wildflower consultations to capture qualified leads for the sales team.

The Impact

The campaign positioned Meadowscape Pro™ as a leading solution for rewilding and biodiversity, engaging over 4,000 contacts and generating 42 marketing qualified leads that created a strong pipeline for the team.

• Reached and influenced 4,155 contacts across advertising, email, and social.
• Delivered 321,679 ad impressions and 3,965 clicks, far exceeding targets.
• Achieved a 1.23% CTR, consistently above industry averages.
• Reached 3,835 targeted contacts through bespoke email outreach.
