Marketing Account Manager

What we’re looking for

A talented marketer with a focus on the success and growth of our existing clients through building and maintaining valued relationships. You will manage those relationships with the clients you service and ensure that they always receive a 5-star service from the agency. You will be our clients’ biggest fan internally and run campaigns to boost their adoption and use of – as well as their success with – our services. You will keep them up-to-date on the latest strategies, tactics and features.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute campaign marketing strategies focused on specific goals and overall success of our clients
  • Measure the success of these campaigns and optimise your approach based on the resulting data
  • Educate our client base about our services and their benefits through customer newsletters, customer-focused content, social media monitoring, and more
  • Understand that the success and happiness of our clients means our success and happiness
  • Analyse and interpret what behaviours and patterns make clients successful and more likely to be retained by the agency
  • Create the strategy for nurturing our leads through a mix of helpful content and other calls-to-action
  • Find new approaches to lead nurturing, including but not limited to channels like email, social media, blogging, and events
  • Create and implement new projects, working with our studio to produce creative ideas

Requirements:

  • BA degree or equivalent industry qualification
  • Minimum five years experience working in a marketing agency environment
  • Previous experience as an Senior Account Executive, Client Services Manager or Account Manager
  • Expertise in planning and delivering marketing communications campaigns
  • Knowledge of inbound marketing and have a working knowledge CRM
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • Strong content creator and proof checker (including blog posts, ebooks, and other customer-facing resources)
  • An instinct for good marketing communications, design and UX.
